About the course
The main objective of the course is to prepare students for faster inclusion into the workforce through understanding and using digital tools and digital technologies. Given the fast-paced implementation of new technical solutions in the workplace, this course aims to enable students to be able to interpret given data and design and create a new solution or asses a presented solution and its benefits. It also enables the attendees through the usage of various tools to achieve the digital skills most needed in today’s business environment.
This course will mainly focus on the first three sections of the DigiComp conceptual reference model: Information and data literacy, Communication and collaboration and Digital content creation.
Duration of the course is 30 Hours (Contact: 8 Hours / 22 Hours Self Study)

- Basic understanding of collaboration tools
- Interest in learning ways to create digital content
- Interest in programming
Expected learning outcomes of the course:
- Evaluate different digital tools for content sharing and select the appropriate one
- Collaborate effectively as part of a professional (dispersed) team
- Demonstrate the ability to create and curate digital content
- Apply technical skills in integrating and re-elaborating digital content
- Develop a simple file-sharing program
